Isaiah Burse: Non-tendered by Chargers
Burse didn't receive a qualifying offer or minimum tender from the Chargers and has become an unrestricted free agent, per the league's official transaction log.
Burse spent the entire 2017 season on injured reserve due to a preseason concussion and will finish his two-year tenure with the Chargers without a single reception to his name. However, he was an effective return man on special teams during the 2016 season and shouldn't have a problem landing a new contract sometime this offseason. In late February the wideout stated he's "nearing 100 (percent)" in his recovery from his season-ending concussion and expects to be cleared in time for the start of team workouts in late April.
