Jumper (undisclosed) is an unrestricted free agent after the Saints declined to tender him a contract, Katherine Terrell of The Athletic reports.
Jumper spent the 2019 season on injured reserve with an unspecified injury. The 25-year-old is still looking to make his NFL debut after going undrafted out of Tennessee in 2018.

Saints' Colton Jumper: Placed on IR
Jumper was placed on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury Friday, Herbie Teope of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Jumper didn't play in 2018 after going undrafted out of Tennessee. Barring an injury settlement with the Saints, he'll remain sidelined for all of 2019 as well.
