Ravens' Brennen Beyer: Signs ERFA tender
Beyer signed his exclusive-rights contract tender with the Ravens on Wednesday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Beyer resided on the Ravens' practice squad for the majority of the 2016 campaign before receiving a promotion in Week 17 to help replace an injured Kamalei Correa. He ultimately finished that game, and his rookie season, with three total tackles. He'll be in competition for a backup linebacker role this summer.

Beyer has been added to the active roster in advance of Sunday's game against the Steelers, Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun reports.
The Ravens placed Kamalei Correa (ribs) on injured reserved Saturday, which opened a spot on the active roster for Beyer to move up from the practice squad. The former Michigan Wolverine likely will be used primarily on special teams.
