Dawkins was waived to make room for Josh Gordon on the offseason roster. This marks the second time the undrafted rookie out of Louisville has been cut by the Seahawks.

Seahawks' Seth Dawkins: Back in Seattle
Dawkins re-signed with the Seahawks on Friday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Nearly three weeks after getting waived, Dawkins has rejoined the team. He originally signed after going undrafted this past spring. The Louisville product hauled in 16 receptions for 348 yards during his final collegiate season. He will now have a new opportunity to make an impression at camp.

Seth Dawkins: Done in Seattle
Dawkins was waived by the Seahawks on Sunday.
The undrafted rookie out of Louisville had 16 catches for 348 yards in 2019, but he wasn't able to parlay his opportunity with the Seahawks into tenure for camp. He'll work to earn another shot at a reserve role around the league.
