Herslow was waived by the Seahawks on Friday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Herslow signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent on May 6 but now will work to latch on elsewhere. He caught 31 passes for 423 yards and four touchdowns during his final campaign at the University of Houston.
