Hendrick Ekpe: Waived by Bucs
Ekpe was waived by the Buccaneers on Saturday, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Ekpe spent less than a week with Tampa Bay after he was signed as a defensive line depth option Monday. The 22-year-old recorded one tackle in Thursday's preseason game against the Redskins, and also played in one preseason game for the Bears.
