Panthers' Cole Hunt: Inks one-year deal
Hunt signed a one-year contract with the Panthers on Tuesday.
Hunt's a big tight end standing at 6-foot-7, 255 pounds. He spent time this spring in the Alliance of American Football, but he was barely productive with just two catches for 13 yards over eight games. Hunt will need to be a dominant run blocker in order to secure a roster spot.

Chargers' Cole Hunt: Watches practice Tuesday
Hunt (knee) didn't practice Tuesday, Eric D. Williams of ESPN.com reports.
