The Colts cut Kahmann from the practice squad Thursday.
Kahmann was initially set to start the regular season on the Colts' practice squad after failing to make the 53-man roster, but the undrafted rookie will now look to catch on with a team in need of depth at wide receiver. Kahmann logged two catches (on four targets) for eight yards across three preseason games with the Colts.

Tyler Kahmann: Finds place on practice squad
Kahmann signed to the Colts' practice squad Wednesday.
The wide receiver was waived Tuesday after failing to make the Colts' 53-man roster, but he was able to stay with the team because he cleared waivers. The undrafted rookie caught two passes (on four targets) for eight yards across three preseason games for Indy.

Tyler Kahmann: Doesn't make cut
Indianapolis waived Kahmann on Tuesday, Amanda Foster of the Colts' official site reports.
The undrafted rookie played in all three of the Colts' preseason games, finishing with two catches (on four targets) for eight yards. Kahmann will have an opportunity to sign with another team assuming he clears waivers and could catch on with a practice squad in need of depth at wide receiver.
