Warren (groin) is good to go for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Mike Chappell of FOX59 reports.
Warren missed the past two games after suffering a groin injury during practice. The Colts have lost some talent since then, but they still have their key playmakers at the skill positions, apart from wideout Alec Pierce (IR - heel). Warren should see plenty of work Sunday if he stays healthy.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Limited again Thursday
Rotowire
Warren (groin) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice.
Warren has now logged limited practices on back-to-back days after missing the last two games, a positive sign for his progress ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Despite the two-game absence, Warren still leads the Colts with 30 catches and is second on the team behind Jonathan Taylor with three total touchdowns in five appearances. Warren would likely need to log a full practice Friday to avoid an injury designation.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Returns in limited fashion Wednesday
Rotowire
Warren (groin) returned to practice as a limited participant Wednesday.
This is a good sign for Warren, who has missed the last two games and did not practice at all leading up to Week 7. The Colts kept him limited in his return Wednesday, but he could ramp up as the week progresses. Indianapolis takes on Jacksonville in Week 8.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Ruled out for Sunday's game
Rotowire
Warren (groin) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Vikings, FOX59's Mike Chappell reports.
After missing practice throughout the week, Warren will sit out a second straight game. Will Mallory figures to take over as the team's top pass catcher at tight end, with Mo Alie-Cox and Drew Ogletree also having roles.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Remains out of practice Friday
Rotowire
Warren (groin) was not practicing Friday, Nathan Brown of The Indianapolis Star reports.
With Warren now absent from practice again Friday after also missing the Colts' first two sessions of the week, his status for Sunday's game against the Vikings is in serious doubt. If he isn't available, Indianapolis would again be left to lean on Keenan Allen and Josh Downs in the passing game, while Will Mallory, Mo Alie-Cox, Drew Ogletree and Pharaoh Brown would likely all see snaps at tight end.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Absence confirmed Thursday
Rotowire
Warren (groin) did not practice Thursday.
Warren has missed the Colts' first two practices leading up to Sunday's game against the Vikings after sitting out the Week 6 loss to Tennessee. He seems to have sustained his groin injury last Friday, when he was a late addition to the Week 6 injury report. Warren probably needs to practice in some capacity Friday to avoid being ruled out when the Colts reveal their Week 7 injury designations.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Not spotted Thursday
Rotowire
Warren (groin) was not present for Thursday's practice, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Warren looks to be sitting out a second consecutive practice due to a groin injury, which also kept him out of the Colts' loss to the Titans this past Sunday. Will Mallory drew six targets in Warren's absence, and Mallory could continue to play an elevated role Sunday against the Vikings if Warren is ruled out. Warren will have one more chance to practice in some capacity Friday.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Absent from first Week 7 practice
Rotowire
Warren (groin) wasn't spotted on the field for the open portion of Wednesday's practice, Jake Arthur of Roundtable.io reports.
A limited participant last Friday in the Colts' final Week 6 session on account of the groin injury, Warren was viewed as game-time decision before ultimately sitting out Sunday's loss to the Titans. His lack of involvement in practice to kick off Week 7 prep isn't a promising early sign for his prospects of suiting up this Sunday in Minnesota, but Warren will still have two more days to potentially log some on-field reps before the Colts decide on his status for the contest.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Won't play against Tennessee
Rotowire
Warren (groin) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Warren was labelled as a game-time decision for Sunday's AFC South tilt after the second-year tight end popped up on Friday's injury report due to a lingering groin injury from training camp. Warren has seen at least seven targets in three of his last four games, and those opportunities will be absorbed by tight ends Mo Alie-Cox and Will Mallory, as well as wide receivers Josh Downs and Keenan Allen.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Deemed game-time decision
Rotowire
Warren (groin) is considered a game-time decision for Sunday's contest against the Titans, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports.
Warren was added to the Colts' Week 6 practice report Friday as limited by a groin injury, which left him questionable for Sunday's matchup. Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reported afterward that Warren grimaced at one point after a red-zone rep at Friday's session, which seemingly is the cause for concern. Ultimately, a pregame workout will determine Warren's availability, or lack thereof, about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Added to injury report, questionable
Rotowire
Warren (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans after being added to the practice report Friday as a limited participant.
Warren dealt with a groin injury in August, so this could be a recurrence rather than a new issue. Kevin Bowen notes that Warren grimaced after a red-zone rep at Friday's practice, but there hasn't been any comment from team or player about what happened and whether the tight end is expected to play Sunday. The only good news for Warren's fantasy managers is that the Colts and Titans are scheduled for an early afternoon kickoff at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Five grabs in Week 4 win
Rotowire
Warren caught all five of his targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 30-13 win over the Commanders.
The Colts didn't need to air it out much after the Commanders lost Marcus Mariota to a knee injury, putting their offense in the hands of seventh-round rookie Athan Kaliakmanis, and Warren tied his season low in targets as a result. The tight end still tied Laquon Treadwell for the team high in catches, however. Warren has produced a 23-130-2 line on 27 targets through four games, and he'll remain one of Daniel Jones' top options as long as wideouts Alec Pierce (heel), and Keenan Allen (groin) remain on the shelf.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Career-high nine catches in win
Rotowire
Warren caught nine of 10 targets for 55 yards and added a two-yard run in Sunday's 19-17 win over the Texans.
Warren failed to score a touchdown for the first time this season but set a new career high in catches while seeing plenty of involvement as a pass catcher in the absence of wide receiver Alec Pierce (ankle), who was placed on IR after exiting early in the Week 2 loss to Kansas City. The second-year tight end is poised to maintain a prominent role when the Colts travel to London to face the Commanders in Week 4.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Short TD among six Week 2 grabs
Rotowire
Warren caught six of seven targets for 21 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 33-30 overtime loss to the Chiefs. He also rushed once for three yards.
Warren opened the scoring with a one-yard touchdown catch, giving him two touchdowns in as many games to begin his sophomore season. The 2025 first-round pick is already halfway to his rookie total of four touchdown catches in 17 games, though Warren also had a rushing TD in 2025. If Alec Pierce (heel) were to miss any additional time after exiting in the first half of Sunday's loss, Warren and Josh Downs would be the top candidates to pick up the slack in the passing game for the run-heavy Colts offense. Warren and the Colts will try to snap a nine-game losing streak dating back to last season when they host the Texans in Week 3.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Three grabs, TD in Week 1 loss
Rotowire
Warren secured three of five targets for 13 yards and a touchdown in the Colts' 41-23 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.
The athletic second-year tight end was on the receiving end of Daniel Jones' sole touchdown pass, recording his nine-yard scoring grab early in the fourth quarter. Warren's afternoon was otherwise as non-descript as his final line suggests, but he's a vital part of the Colts' air attack and could have a bigger role in a Week 2 road matchup against the Chiefs next Sunday night.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Bust Alert (Start/Sit)
Rotowire
Warren had three catches for 22 yards and a touchdown on four targets in Week 13 against Houston, and that's the last time he scored double digits in PPR. It's also the last healthy game he played with Daniel Jones (Achilles), and we'll see if Riley Leonard can help Warren's production since he has struggled in the past three games with Philip Rivers. Despite getting 20 targets over that span against Seattle, San Francisco and Jacksonville, Warren has combined for just 11 catches for 92 yards and no touchdowns. I'm not confident in Warren playing well in this matchup, and he's only worth starting in deeper leagues.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Exits Wednesday's practice with trainer
Rotowire
Warren suffered an apparent groin injury during Wednesday's practice, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Warren went down Wednesday and had a noticeable limp while leaving the practice field with a trainer, reaching at his right groin as he did so, per Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis. The extent of the injury isn't known, but Warren could be in danger of missing multiple practices with roughly three-and-a-half weeks to go until the Colts' regular-season opener against the Ravens on Sunday, Sept. 13.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Leads Colts pass catchers
Rotowire
Warren recorded five receptions on five targets for 43 yards in Sunday's 23-17 loss to the Jaguars.
Philip Rivers spread targets around to a wide range of pass catchers, as at least five Colts earned at least three targets. Warren was second among the group, though he led the team in yardage thanks to long gains of 14 and 12 yards. This marked his highest yardage total in a game since Week 12, and he should remain a key part of the offense in Week 18 against the Texans, even with Indianapolis eliminated from playoff contention.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Contrarian DFS Play
Rotowire
Warren is more expensive than Fannin, which makes him a bad play this week, at least according to the projections. I am willing to take that type of risk for a contrarian player when I am getting a great player in a great matchup. Seattle has given up the second most points to tight ends this year, and I expect the Colts will be playing from behind. Again, this is only as a contrarian play, but it's a great one.
