The 24-year-old center won a job in training camp and will likely spend most of the season battling for playing time on the fourth line. Without a secure spot in the lineup, he's not a great option in fantasy.
Bardakov signed a one-year, entry-level contract with Colorado on Sunday.
Bardako could join AHL Colorado on an amateur tryout for the Calder Cup Playoffs because his contract begins in 2025-26. He had 17 goals and 35 points in 53 regular-season games for KHL SKA St. Petersburg in 2024-25 before adding one goal and one assist in six playoff outings.
