Wild's Rieger Lorenz: Sent down Monday
Lorenz was reassigned to AHL Iowa on Monday.
Lorenz spent the past few weeks with Minnesota and appeared in five consecutive games early in his stint with the NHL club, but he was a healthy scratch for three of the team's last four games. The 22-year-old recorded an assist, 15 PIM, seven hits and three blocked shots while averaging 8:39 of ice time across six appearances with the NHL club, and he should see more consistent playing time with Iowa.

Wild's Rieger Lorenz: Snags first NHL point
Lorenz picked up an assist and five PIM in Monday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.
Lorenz's helper was his first point. He's also shown an ability to mix things up early in his NHL career, earning 15 PIM and two hits across two games. The 22-year-old University of Denver product will likely continue to see bottom-six minutes while the Wild battle some injuries among their depth forwards.
