Ronald Awatt: Gets let go
Awatt was waived by the 49ers on Tuesday, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Awatt joined San Francisco as an undrafted free agent out of UTEP in May. However, he'll now have to find a new opportunity if he wants to break camp with an NFL team. In a corresponding move, the 49ers signed Jeremy McNichols.
