The Angels added Arcia to their 60-man roster pool Friday.
Arcia's lone big-league appearances came with the Angels back in the 2018 season, during which he slashed .204/.226/.427 over 41 games. He'll provide the Angels will an extra catcher in their roster pool after the team dealt away Jason Castro to the Padres prior to Monday's trade deadline.
