The Athletics outrighted Neuse to Triple-A Las Vegas on Sunday.
Oakland designated Neuse for assignment Saturday, but he'll ultimately stick around in the organization after going unclaimed upon being exposed to waivers. Neuse has produced a 1.018 OPS in 25 games at Triple-A this season, but he's struggled over a larger sample of 293 plate appearances in the majors in 2022, slashing .214/.273/.288 with a 27.3 percent strikeout rate.
