Harrison (6-4) allowed one run on one hit and two walks while striking out a season-high 11 over 6.2 innings to earn the win Friday over the Rockies.
Harrison's performance has taken a star turn in July -- he's allowed just two runs on seven hits and seven walks over his last 17 innings across three starts, although the lowly Rockies have been on the receiving end of two of those outings. The southpaw has a 3.69 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 90:33 K:BB through 97.2 innings over 18 starts this season. Harrison's career high in total innings is 113 from the 2022 season, so the Giants may keep an eye on his workload even though they remain on the fringes of the playoff race. He's projected to make his next start on the road at Cincinnati.
