Orioles' Kelvin Gutierrez: On bench for third straight

Gutierrez remains out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Brewers, Nathan Ruiz of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Since drawing a start at the hot corner Opening Day, Gutierrez has now been on the bench for three straight contests while Ramon Urias has taken over as the primary option at the hot corner. Gutierrez's lone start came against a lefty pitcher (Shane McClanahan), while his three consecutive games on the bench have come with the opposition bringing right-handers to the hill. He looks as though he'll be a short-side platoon player for the Orioles.
