Fletcher was recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday, Justice delos Santos of MLB.com reports.
He hasn't pitched in the majors since April 29 and gave up nine earned runs in 8.2 innings that first month of the season. Fletcher has a 2.03 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and six strikeouts in 13.1 innings over his last 10 appearances at Triple-A.
