Twins' Brent Headrick: Recalled from Triple-A

The Twins recalled Headrick from Triple-A St. Paul on Sunday, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Headrick will have a chance to make his MLB debut after being promoted from the Saints. The left-hander registered a 6.00 ERA over two appearances -- one start -- by allowing six runs over nine innings with a 12:2 K:BB. Louie Varland was optioned to Triple-A by the Twins in a corresponding move.
