Soler went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, two walks and two runs scored in Tuesday's 7-1 win over the Yankees.

After Mike Trout and Jo Adell both went deep off Ryan Weathers in the top of the first inning, Soler hit a solo shot of his own to make it back-to-back-to-back homers for the Angels. It was Soler's fifth long ball of the young season and his fourth in the last seven games. In that span, Soler owns a 1.185 OPS with 10 RBI, seven runs scored and a 4:7 BB:K across 31 trips to the plate.

Buxton went 4-for-5 with two home runs and four runs scored in Tuesday's 6-0 win over the Red Sox.

Buxton stayed hot at the plate, launching two homers that both traveled over 400 feet as part of a huge four-hit performance. His first came off Sonny Gray in the third inning on the first pitch of the frame, and he added another solo shot in the sixth. It was the 18th multi-homer game of Buxton's career and came one day after he hit his first long ball of the season. The center fielder now appears to be finding his power stroke, slashing .246/.306/.462 with three homers, four RBI and 15 runs scored on the year.

Kjerstad (hamstring) is running and participating in baseball activities, per MLB.com.

Kjerstad suffered a right hamstring strain during a March 19 Grapefruit League game, resulting in a stay on the injured list to open the season. The 27-year-old outfielder lacks a concrete timeline for a return to the field, though he'll likely need a minor-league rehab assignment before becoming an option to rejoin the Orioles.

Buxton went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Monday's 13-6 victory over Boston.

Buxton launched his first homer of the campaign with a 420-foot shot to straightaway center field in the fifth inning. In addition to being his first of the season, the blast marked his 85th career homer at Target Field, the most in ballpark history. It's been a slow start to 2026 for Buxton, who entered Monday's contest with a .531 OPS and just one RBI through his first 14 games, so he'll look to build on this performance and find his stride at the plate.

Ozuna is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Nationals.

After a recent two-game benching, Ozuna returned to the starting nine for all three contests of the Pirates' series versus the Cubs over the weekend but went just 1-for-12 with a walk and four strikeouts. Now sitting on a lowly .070/.167/.070 slash line over 48 plate appearances on the season, Ozuna could be in line for a part-time role at designated hitter until he turns a corner at the dish.

Jimenez went 2-for-4 with two strikeouts in Sunday's loss to the Twins.

Getting the start at DH in place of George Springer (toe) and batting seventh, Jimenez laced singles to left field in the fourth and eighth innings. The 29-year-old hasn't provided meaningful production in a big-league lineup since 2023, and it's not yet clear if the Jays view Jimenez as an option to handle a significant role in Springer's absence, or if he'll be a convenient player to waive once Addison Barger (ankles) gets healthy.

Ohtani went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and two walks in Sunday's loss to the Rangers.

After blasting a leadoff homer Saturday, Ohtani did it again Sunday, cranking Jacob deGrom's first-pitch fastball over the right-field wall. After going homerless through his first six games, Ohtani has launched five over his past nine contests and has recorded five multi-hit efforts during that span. The two-way star is off to a strong start at the plate overall, posting a .996 OPS through 73 plate appearances in 2026.

Stanton is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rays, Chris Kirschner of The Athletic reports.

Stanton started the previous eight contests and will take a seat Sunday after going 5-for-29 with no extra-base hits during that stretch. That lack of production is a sharp contrast to the veteran slugger's first five games of the season, during which he went 10-for-20 with two doubles and a homer. Aaron Judge is resting his legs as the designated hitter for the series finale in Tampa Bay, opening up right field for Randal Grichuk.

Buxton is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays.

With the Twins closing out their series in Toronto with a day game, Buxton will rest for just the second time in the team's first 16 contests of the season. James Outman will enter the starting nine in center field in place of Buxton.

Vientos is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.

Vientos had settled in as the Mets' primary first baseman while Jorge Polanco (Achilles) is less than 100 percent but will hit the bench Sunday while in the midst of an 0-for-15 slump. Jared Young will take over at first base and bat third in the series finale versus the A's.
