Bader (groin) went 0-for-1 with a strikeout in Game 4 of the NLDS on Thursday against the Dodgers.

Bader was out of the lineup due to a groin injury but appeared as a pinch hitter in the 11th inning. He was immediately replaced for defensive purposes, suggesting he may not have been feeling healthy enough to handle left field. Bader could be headed for recovery early in the offseason, but he should be healthy in plenty of time for spring training.

Sanchez allowed one earned run on five hits and one walk while striking out five across 6.1 innings in Game 4 of the NLDS against the Dodgers on Thursday. He did not factor into the decision.

Sanchez was in a compelling pitcher's duel with Tyler Glasnow, with his only run coming on an inherited runner after he exited the game. While Sanchez didn't overpower the Dodgers' lineup, he induced 10 groundouts to go along with 14 swinging strikes on 95 total pitches. Despite it coming in a losing effort, Sanchez wrapped up an excellent 2025 season and is very likely to be a Cy Young finalist in the coming weeks.

Betts went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a walk in Game 4 of the NLDS against the Phillies on Thursday.

The matchup was a pitcher's duel between Cristopher Sanchez and Tyler Glasnow, and Betts had one of the most important at-bats of the low-scoring affair. He came to the plate with the bases loaded and two outs in the seventh inning, when he worked a walk to tie the game at 1-1. While Betts had a subpar regular season relative to his lofty standards, he's gone 10-for-26 with four RBI across six postseason contests.

Glasnow allowed two hits and three walks while striking out eight across six scoreless innings Thursday in Game 4 of the NLDS against the Phillies. He did not factor into the decision.

Glasnow made a relief appearance in Game 1 of the series, contributing 1.2 scoreless innings in a Dodgers' win. He was excellent in the decisive game Thursday, generating 16 swinging strikes on only 83 total pitches while also not allowing a hit from the second through fifth inning. Manager Dave Roberts said he removed Glasnow due to cramping per Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times, though it doesn't look likely to affect his status for the NLCS.

Wrobleski was added to the Dodgers' roster for the NLDS on Thursday.

The 25-year-old lefty will serve as an injury replacement for Tanner Scott (lower body). Wrobleski finished the regular season with a 4.32 ERA and 1.23 WHIP across 66.2 innings in the majors, so he likely won't see many high-leverage opportunities in the postseason.

Garrett underwent UCL reconstruction on his right elbow Wednesday, Jorge Castillo of ESPN.com reports.

Garrett had hope to avoid UCL surgery and treat the injury with a platelet-rich plasma injection, but ultimately it was decided a reconstruction was the best course of action. The righty previously had an operation to move a nerve in his elbow, so he'll be recovering from dual surgeries on his pitching arm. Garrett will not be ready to pitch again until the 2027 season.

Scott (lower body) was replaced on the Dodgers' postseason roster by Justin Wrobleski on Thursday.

Scott has yet to make an appearance in the postseason, and manager Dave Roberts revealed Thursday that the 31-year-old reliever underwent a lower-body abscess procedure Wednesday, per Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic. Scott's removal from the NLDS roster will also make him ineligible to pitch in the NLCS if the Dodgers advance, and his availability for a potential World Series berth remains unknown.

Bader (groin) isn't in the lineup for Game 4 of the NLDS against the Dodgers on Thursday, Lochlahn March of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Bader will miss a third consecutive start after suffering a left groin injury in Game 1, but he'll continue to be available off the bench. If the Phillies are able to force a Game 5, the team is hopeful that an extra day of rest between games would enable the 31-year-old to return to the lineup in the series finale.

Rojas (hamstring) grounded out as a pinch hitter in Wednesday's NLDS Game 3 loss to the Phillies.

Rojas was removed from Game 2 after aggravating a hamstring injury, but he was available off the bench for Game 3 and should be ready if called upon in Game 4. The Dodgers are going with Enrique Hernandez at third base and Alex Call in left field Thursday.

Muncy is not in the lineup Thursday for Game 4 of the NLDS against the Phillies, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

It's left-hander Cristopher Sanchez on the bump for the Phillies, so the left-handed-swinging Muncy will begin the contest on the bench. Muncy has entered mid-game the first two times the Dodgers faced a lefty this series, and he's a good bet to do so again in Game 4. Enrique Hernandez will start at third base Thursday.
