Bulls' Ayo Dosunmu: Won't play Friday

Dosunmu (thumb) will not play Friday against the Hornets, K.C. Johnson of Chicago Sports Network reports.

The Bulls announced Wednesday that Dosunmu has a Grade 1 thumb sprain, and he hasn't been able to practice just yet. He's not traveling with the team to Charlotte, and it's currently unclear if he's day-to-day or week-to-week. He's a hold in most fantasy formats for the time being.
