Hawks' Cameron Oliver: Joins Atlanta via hardship

Oliver was signed to a 10-day hardship contract with the Hawks on Tuesday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

In the G League, Oliver was averaging 14.1 points and 7.6 rebounds across 27.1 minutes per game for the South Bay Lakers. The Hawks currently have 13 players sidelined due to COVID-19 protocols, so the 25-year-old forward may get an extended look during the duration of his 10-day contract.
