Kyle Korver: Waived by Phoenix

The Suns waived Korver on Monday.

As expected, Korver will officially become an unrestricted free agent after Phoenix never intended to keep him after acquiring him from the Grizzlies in the three-team deal that sent Mike Conley to Utah. Once he clears waivers, Korver is expected to sign with a team with legitimate title aspirations. The Bucks, 76ers and Lakers are among the teams rumored to be interested in the 38-year-old marksman's services.
