The Raptors waived Maker on Friday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Maker has yet to make his NBA regular-season debut and will likely have to wait at least another season. Maker will join the Raptors' G League affiliate, the Raptors 905, for the 2023-24 campaign.
