Brunson posted five points (2-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and one rebound over 22 minutes during Monday's 114-96 loss to the Cavaliers.
This was a far cry from the production we have seen thus far this season. Managers will simply need to put this one down to rust after Brunson was previously sidelined with a foot injury. He will absolutely be better than this moving forward but given the lack of name recognition, there is a chance he pops up on a few waiver wire over the next 24 hours.
