Simmons is starting Sunday against Memphis, Tim Bontemps of ESPN.com reports.
Simmons came off the bench in his last five appearances but will rejoin the starting lineup since Nicolas Claxton (personal) is unavailable Sunday. Simmons averaged 6.2 points, 7.3 assists and 6.5 rebounds in 31.7 minutes per game over six starts to begin the season.
