Thompson (illness) has been ruled out of Monday's matchup versus the Heat.
Thompson has yet to make his 2024-25 debut due to a blood clotting issue. The 21-year-old's next chance to feature will come Wednesday against Philadelphia, but he will not be able to return until he is medically cleared, which could take time.
