Jones finished Saturday's 133-129 loss to the Heat with 19 points (9-13 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 11 assists, six rebounds and one steal before fouling out after playing 36 minutes.
Jones moved into the starting lineup Saturday, replacing Dejounte Murray, who was out with a knee injury. While Murray's absence is likely just for one game, Jones certainly made the most of his increased role, recording the first double-double of his career. Jones is a player managers would love to see a bit more of on a nightly basis, but for now, he remains just a deep-league asset.
