Thunder's Isaiah Joe: Not ready for season opener

Joe (knee) is out for Tuesday's season opener against the Rockets, Rylan Stiles of SI.com reports.

Joe's knee injury, which he sustained during the preseason, will drag into the regular season. The sharpshooter's next chance to make his season debut is Thursday in Indiana. Cason Wallace and Aaron Wiggins should help pick up the slack Tuesday.
