Wizards' Davis Bertans: Assigned to G League

Bertans (ankle) was assigned to the Wizards' G League affiliate Monday to participate in practice, Josh Robbins of The Athletic reports.

Chris Miller of NBC Sports Washington reports that while Bertans practiced with the G League affiliate, he remains a game-time decision for the Wizards' matchup with the Hornets on Monday. The Latvian sharpshooter hasn't played since Nov. 1, so even if he is active, it's unlikely he garners many minutes.
