Kareem was placed in concussion protocol Monday, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Kareem played 13 defensive snaps during the team's 15-10 win over the Broncos, but he apparently suffered a concussion during the contest. If he isn't able to clear protocols ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Ravens, then Cameron Sample and Wyatt Ray would be the most likely candidates to see increased snaps.
