Bills' Matt Milano: Not cleared to return Week 8

Milano (pectoral) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Despite the extra rest courtesy of the Week 7 bye, Milano will miss a second consecutive game to a pectoral injury that he aggravated during the Bills' Week 5 loss to the Patriots. Shaq Thompson will continue to work in an expanded role in the Bills' defense for as long as Milano is sidelined.
