Blanton (foot) missed practice for the third straight day Friday and is listed as out for Sunday's game against Jacksonville.
The Bills are now down two strong safeties with Aaron Williams already out for the season, so they'll use some mixture of newcomer James Ihedigbo, Sergio Brown, or Jonathan Meeks to cover for the loss of Blanton.
