Gregory recently underwent an arthroscopic procedure to address a rotator cuff issue in his shoulder, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.

The report notes that the Broncos' splashy free-agent signee will spend the team's offseason program rehabbing his shoulder, with the expectation being that the pass rusher will be ready for the start of the coming season. Per Klis, while there were non-surgical options considered, the defensive lineman and the team determined that getting his shoulder scoped offered Gregory the best chance of getting through the 2022 campaign minus the sort of discomfort he played through at times last year while with Dallas. Gregory is also coming off left knee surgery undergone in late January.
