Browns' Chester Rogers: Elevated for Sunday

Rogers was elevated from the team's practice squad for the Week 3 win over Pittsburgh, serving as the Browns' primary punt returner. He could start to earn a more regular role for the team's special teams unit and will look to build on his snap count in Sunday's matchup against the Chargers.
