Higgins is a healthy scratch for the Week 4 matchup against Dallas.
Higgins saw just 21 snaps in the first two weeks of the season before serving as a healthy scratch for the first time in Week 3. It appears he isn't any closer to seeing the field, especially given the emergence of KhaDarel Hodge and his role on special teams. Even rookie Donovan Peoples-Jones will be on the active roster this week, as the team looks to make up for the absence of JoJo Natson (knee, IR).
