Dolphins' Jacoby Brissett: Likely could have returned

Head coach Brian Flores said Brissett (knee) likely could have returned to Thursday's game against Baltimore, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Brissett took a hit and seemed to have suffered a serious knee injury early in the second half. However, after entering the medical tent, Brissett was spotted with his helmet on the sideline and appeared available to enter the game. However, Tua Tagovailoa (finger) energized the Dolphins offense upon entering the game, and the team stuck with him under center as a result. Prior to exiting the contest, Brissett had completed 11 of his 23 passes for 156 yards, with no touchdowns or interceptions. Given Tagovailoa's role in Thursday's upset win, it appears likely that Brissett will return to his backup role moving forward.
