Dynasty Fantasy Football Trade Chart: Target these buy-low candidates if you're rebuilding
The first in-season trade chart update includes our favorite buy-lows for rebuilding teams

If you've read anything I've written about Dynasty leagues over the year, you'll recognize what's coming next, but there's no better time than the present for a reminder:
The most important thing you must figure out is whether you are a rebuilding team or a contending team, that should drive all the rest of your decisions. Today, I'll add that by Week 5 of the regular season you should be confident where you fall.
Since almost all the rest of our content here at CBS Fantasy is dedicated to the contenders in Dynasty leagues, I'm going to throw a bone to the rebuilders today.
First, get any running back over 25 years old off your roster via trade. Yes, even Derrick Henry. The same goes for any pass catcher over the age of 28. These players are not going to be useful for you by the time you're contending.
Who should you target? Injured players, future draft picks, and rookies that haven't panned out yet. That's the easy answer, but it's not the complete answer. You can also target any young player who hasn't yet reached their potential. Before the past month Deebo Samuel and Marquise Brown would have been great choices.
Currently, my favorite non-rookie, non-injured, non-draft pick assets to target at each position are Tua Tagovailoa, A.J. Dillon, Laviska Shenault, and Cole Kmet. While I gave one at each position, I'm generally targeting wide receivers early in a rebuild just because their careers are so much longer. Other receivers I like for this purpose are Michael Pittman, Brandon Aiyuk, Darnell Mooney, and Henry Ruggs.
Below is the updated trade chart, but first a few caveats. This is for one-QB PPR leagues. Also, this chart tries to give a value in a vacuum. If you're a contender, veterans are worth more to you than they are below. If you're rebuilding, the same goes for youth and picks. Finally, don't let someone add up 3 assets and tell you they're worth the same as Christian McCaffrey. As a general rule, every extra player you're getting adds an extra 10% you should receive on the trade chart.
