Falcons' Carlos Washington: Elevated to active roster

Washington was elevated from Atlanta's practice squad Saturday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.

Washington failed to make Atlanta's initial roster but re-signed with the practice squad. If he's active for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, he'll be fourth on the running back depth chart.
