Football Team's Antonio Gibson: Dealing with toe injury

Gibson exited during the first quarter of Tuesday's game against the Eagles with a toe injury.

Gibson carried seven times for 20 yards and had two receptions for 25 yards during the first quarter before exiting with the injury. Jaret Patterson and Jonathan Williams should split the backfield work for Washington while Gibson is sidelined.
