The Jets re-signed Jackson (hamstring) on Thursday, Al Iannazzone of Newsday.com reports.
Jackson appeared in four games with the Jets last season, playing exclusively on special teams before hitting IR in December due to a hamstring injury. Now healthy and back with the team, he'll have another chance to compete for a depth role.
