Jets' Braxton Berrios: Makes Jets history in loss
Share Video
Berrios caught eight of 12 targets for 65 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-24 loss to Tampa Bay. He added 12 yards and a touchdown on two rushing attempts but also lost a fumble.
Berrios opened the scoring with a one-yard rushing touchdown on a reverse, then displayed excellent balance along the sideline to score on a nine-yard catch in the second quarter and restore New York's seven-point lead. Remarkably, Berrios became the first wide receiver in Jets history to score a rushing touchdown and a receiving touchdown in the same game. He also led the team in targets, catches and receiving yards. Berrios is making the most of his featured role in the injury-riddled Jets offense, and he'll have some fantasy appeal in the Week 18 season finale against the Bills.
