Jets' Hendon Hooker: Signed to active roster

The Jets signed Hooker to the active roster from the practice squad Saturday.

Hooker was elevated to the active roster in Week 17 and served as the backup to Brady Cook. With Tyrod Taylor (knee) questionable, Hooker could serve in the same capacity in Week 18 against the Bills.
