Jets' Michael Carter: Sidelined for third straight

Carter (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Panthers.

Carter has been sidelined by the concussion since Week 4. Jarvis Brownlee will continue to serve as the Jets' slot corner in Carter's place.
