Mike Harley: Waived by Cleveland

Harley was waived by the Browns on Tuesday, Christopher Dellecese of Cleveland 19 News reports.

The wide receiver made three preseason catches, including a touchdown, in two games but was unable to advance up the Cleveland depth chart after spending 2022 on the practice squad. The second-year pro will now become a free agent.
