Raiders' Kolton Miller: Staying on IR

Miller (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Giants.

Miller was limited in practice all week, and his last chance to play is Week 18 against the Chiefs. The 2018 first-rounder landed on injured reserve in late September after suffering a hairline fracture and high ankle sprain against the Bears in Week 4.
