Ravens' Kristian Welch: Gets back to full speed

Welch (foot) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Welch will return to the lineup after a one-game hiatus. Since making his season debut in Week 9, Welch has played in six games, making two tackles on special teams.
