Seahawks' Cullen Gillaspia: Jumps to active roster

The Seahawks signed Gillaspia to the active roster from the practice squad Wednesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Gillaspia is officially listed as a linebacker rather than his previous position, fullback. He's logged two appearances with Seattle this season, and in both contests Gillaspia handled a significant role on special teams but went without a defensive snap.
