Rivers (biceps) participated in the Texans' mandatory minicamp Thursday, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Rivers missed the entirety of the 2022 season after suffering a biceps injury in August but is now back on the field. The 29-year-old will likely compete for a spot as a reserve edge rusher behind starters Will Anderson and Jerry Hughes.
