Texans' Jonathan Owens: Promoted from practice squad

Owens signed with the Texans' active roster from the practice squad Saturday.

The 25-year-old was elevated from the practice squad for two games earlier this season and will now receive a longer look on the active roster. Owens exclusively played special teams during his brief game action this season.
